They simply and clearly present the facts, go over pricing options, then let you decide what you want to do. The Mini experience is unlike any other car dealer, in the best way. Alexander 'Sasha" Lezhen was my salesman. We went in to take a look at new models, then got very busy and stopped thinking about getting a new car, when Sasha texted us to mention they had an incentive program for end of the month that would save us $2500. It prompted us into making another trip and locking in the deal. Sasha made it very easy and painless and we knew we weren't being hustled. I highly recommend Sasha and Mini of Manhattan. More
