A/C Repair Request - Unresolved I took my car in to the Mercedes Benz Dealership on Howe Ave. on July 10, 2017. I was hoping to get my A/C repaired. The car was left overnight and I took my car in to the Mercedes Benz Dealership on Howe Ave. on July 10, 2017. I was hoping to get my A/C repaired. The car was left overnight and the next day I was told that they needed to order parts and that it would take two days to receive the parts. I decided to bring my car home and wait for the parts to arrive and then return the car for repair. I took my car bacy on July 18th and was told later that the part was defective and that they would have to order another part. I, again took my car home and asked if they could arrange for a loaner vehicle for me when I brought the car back for repair upon receivng a "not defective" part. I was told that once the part arrived that I would be contacted and a loaner vehicle would be provided to me during the repair. That was July 18th... Today is August 10th. More
they Even have FREE!! Starbucks coffee took my car in for B service and had the spoiler replaced. they had to order the spoiler it came and was replaced with in a week the ride to and from took my car in for B service and had the spoiler replaced. they had to order the spoiler it came and was replaced with in a week the ride to and from home was an added touch not many dealerships do that any more, Great job guys!!! The car was delivered to me in Reno unwashed with water spots that will not wash away, it has been one month and I have received no manuals, the GPS was not updated. I would buy elsewhere if you can. Also, the first salesperson played games with me regarding my approval rate. If you have a pre-approval with your bank, do not tell the dealer. Take the option contract to your bank and have them cut a check to the dealer, More
Regular maintenance and new tires Family and friends are shocked when they learn that my E350 is 11 years old and has more than 130K miles. They remark that it looks and rides like Family and friends are shocked when they learn that my E350 is 11 years old and has more than 130K miles. They remark that it looks and rides like a new car. It does because since I bought it in 2008 as a certified pre-owned, I've taken it to Von Hausen/Mercedes of Sacramento for everything, from regular services to new tires, except once when I had a tire emergency while traveling and took it to a Stockton Mercedes dealer. My car continues to look good with excellent performance because I take it in for all recommended and scheduled services and the excellent services it receives. A couple times when things didn't feel exactly right, I immediately took it back and the issues was corrected. Though my car is safe and performs beautifully in tight situation, I occasionally think about a newer car because of the updated safety features. Other than that, with excellent care, I would probably drive my car for another 10 years before entertaining the thought of a newer model. More

Wish I'd had a Service person the same day but had to wait a day. Need more space, really!!!! More
SMART guys The noise was annoying, Like a dead body rolling around underneath my 2009 SMART car. Worse when I operated the windows! Otherwise, random and inconsi The noise was annoying, Like a dead body rolling around underneath my 2009 SMART car. Worse when I operated the windows! Otherwise, random and inconsistent. I can't recall the name of the service tech that did my road test and worked on the problem, but he is fantastic-- he suspected the sound system from the start, but had to find the source in the myriad of connections and pathways. . It was an elusive noise but he was persistent. They kept my car over a week spending hours upon hours taking it apart, examining components, and putting it back together. Meanwhile they loaned me a great Mercedes for a few days and then a new 2017 SMART (almost tempted me to trade). Finally they located the defective sub-woofer under the driver's seat. Who would have thought? Well, great job - the techs were patient and persistent and I am just glad I wasn't charged by the hour! Efrain was awesome as my service rep. Give that guy a raise! More

The people that work there are friendly and nice. But when I made my appointment I requested a loaner car because I live an hour and a half away and the problem I had with my car was the air conditioner went out and we're in the middle of this very hot summer. When they were unable to fix my car, they sent me home with a car they couldn't fix and I had to drive all the way back down there again when my car part came in to have them fix it again. When they couldn't fix it for a second time they finally gave me a loaner car. I was just disappointed in the way they treated me with the loaner car. I only had my car for 6 months and already had to bring it in and they didn't honor me a rental. More
