We live in central New Hampshire and went to Acton Toyota because they had multiple pre-owned Toyota Siennas, which are actually very hard to come by, particularly in NH. However, Acton Toyota far exceeded our expectations. The process was very easy and the upfront honest pricing gave us confidence that we were getting a great deal. Our sales associate, Jack Burk, was very helpful throughout the process and followed up with us whenever we contacted him, even if it was his day off. Since we live in NH (which has no sales tax), Acton Toyota even delivered the vehicle directly to us so that we wouldn't have to deal with any Massachusetts paperwork or taxes. On the day of delivery Steve from Acton Toyota delivered the car in great condition right to us and even helped us through the registration process. More

Bob Gaudet was my salesman, and he was quite friendly and helpful. The finance manager was also very helpful. They took my info and said they would contact the banks and see what rates they could get. My credit is not perfect, and a few banks gave higher rates than others. They kept working to get the lowest rate. They did all this without trying to force me to agree to buy the car (like the Toyota dealership in Lancaster). In addition, these guys met me at the DMV in CT to register my vehicle. They had all the paperwork and made sure nothing went wrong. More
