I think, I was taken for a ride. A dealership that runs on consumer fraud. They do not really care about your car. All they care about is taking as much money from your pocket as possible. I took the car for the complimentary service that comes with every new car purchase from Toyota and they didn’t change the oil. I asked the so-called “service advisor” (a real fraudster) to change the oil because that what owner’s manual says you should do after 5000 miles if you are driving under more extreme conditions, but he insisted that it is not recommended and that I would have to pay $89 if I wanted the oil change, which I did. All they do in this complimentary service is adding some windshield washer fluid which costs less than $1 and a “tire rotation” which is of no cost to them and no benefit to your car maintenance, but they don’t really care about changing the oil or recommending it, which the dumbest mechanic knows that it is the most required service for engine maintenance and well functioning. Talking to those “advisors” is like talking to programmed robots: no signs of common sense. More
