I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from this Chevrolet service department. I have made multiple attempts to schedule service for my vehicle, but each time I as service I’ve received from this Chevrolet service department. I have made multiple attempts to schedule service for my vehicle, but each time I ask whether a rental vehicle will be available, I either receive no response or my calls are never returned. Because of the lack of communication, I have had to miss several service appointments. To make matters worse, I have been told they cannot provide transportation because I live approximately 45 minutes away, yet they also expect me to leave my vehicle with them for 3–5 business days before they can even begin diagnosing it. That leaves me without reliable transportation and no clear solution from the dealership. If the service department is unable or unwilling to service my vehicle, I would appreciate an honest conversation rather than being ignored. Clear communication and follow-through are basic expectations, especially from the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I simply expect timely communication, transparency, and the level of customer service that should come with purchasing and servicing a vehicle at the same dealership. I came today to purchase a tire. I thought I was talking to a salesperson about questions I had. Well turns out he was the GM. He had one of his salesperson speak with me. Everything and everybody was great until I picked up my vehicle.. I was promised a time to pick it up and they wanted to move it to the next day. Which I refused.
