This was my 1st and VERY LAST time 4 All Star Well just like always Shawn will promise you the moon , then dont deliver ! I;m so done with Shawn Sanford . test drove a truck in the AM them in pm came back and it was sold , he dropped the ball and wont take responsibilty, His son Logan did find one in Illinois , and Shawn told us to drive over there and make a deal. . Then got ignorant and said 'YOU CALLING MY SON A LIAR ?" Dont see how the whole family can work there , cause right away he got very defensive because the salesman was his son . But i have lots of text from him and hes Suppose to give customer service like that ?? dont think so / he had our credit ran , we knew the payment / told us about all the deals / oh yeah the 0% interest he said Quote that for all the hood. More

Great Service The 4 remotes for my 2005 PT Cruiser were dead. One needed new batteries and all needed re-programming due to a battery glitch in the car. I had an appointment and was in and out in an hour. John Horrell was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Service Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Great Service I currently own three Jeeps. All my vehicles have been to All Star for a variety of services and accessories. The Service Manager Jeff and Service Rep I currently own three Jeeps. All my vehicles have been to All Star for a variety of services and accessories. The Service Manager Jeff and Service Representative Katy are the main reasons I continue to be an All Star customer.
