Brian, Thank you for sharing your perspective. While we respect your right to express your opinion, we believe your review leaves out important details. When you and Michelle visited Andrews Cadillac, you carefully considered both VISTIQ and Escalade IQ before deciding to lease your VISTIQ. During that process, a primary consideration was finding a vehicle that fit within the budget and payment parameters you established. Pricing was a significant factor in your decision, as well as ensuring it worked well for your wife's service dog. The vehicle you ultimately selected and leased was the exact vehicle you chose after reviewing your options. The vehicle you now state you would have preferred—a VISTIQ Platinum—is a substantially more expensive model. The Platinum carries an approximate MSRP of $99,000 compared to approximately $82,000 for the vehicle you leased, creating a very different purchase and lease structure. We understand that customers may continue researching features after taking delivery and occasionally discover another trim level they find attractive. However, a customer's decision to later prefer a more expensive configuration does not make the dealership responsible for replacing a vehicle that was voluntarily selected, purchased, and delivered under a completed and binding contract. Further complicating the situation is that your change of heart occurred weeks after the lease contract was finalized, making it impossible for the dealership to unwind. We disagree with the suggestion that Andrews Cadillac somehow prevented you from obtaining the vehicle you wanted. The facts are that you selected your vehicle, agreed to the pricing and lease terms, completed the transaction, and have indicated that your wife loves the VISTIQ itself. What you requested after the sale was that Andrews Cadillac take back your current vehicle and provide a significantly more expensive VISTIQ Platinum at the same payment and lease agreement. That is simply not a reasonable or economically viable solution for any dealership. We regret that you are disappointed and we are always willing to listen to customer concerns. However, we stand behind the integrity of our team and the transaction that occurred. While we understand that your preferences may have changed after delivery, Andrews Cadillac cannot be expected to absorb the cost of exchanging a purchased vehicle for a substantially more expensive model because a customer later decides they would have chosen differently. We wish you and Michelle the very best and hope you continue to enjoy your VISTIQ. The point of my disappointment is that Mike Lombardi should know the trim levels of the VistiQ EV and not give answers to lead us down the wrong path of a vehicle that we specifically asked for to meet our needs. I have a 2025 Sierra EV Denali with a $102,000 window sticker. I decide whether I can or can't afford a lease but your dealership never gave us the option, they just provide the wrong information and wonder why we are upset. We notified you as soon as we learned about the Platinum model and Mr. Andrews you did us a dis-service. The final lease sale was more important than a satisfied customer. When you are wrong admit it.
