I needed to get a flat fixed, and they got me in and out in a timely manner. The only problem was the telephone system. I was on hold for 15 minutes on my initial call to see if they can get me in. Then I had to call to see if my pick up was ready. While on hold again for another 10 minutes, another customer came on the line, and we figured out that we were both customers. So we both had to hang up and start all over. More

Without a doubt the absolute worst service department in any car dealership I have ever been exposed to. In my experience I spent an additional 7,000 in extended warranty that my salesman and financial advi any car dealership I have ever been exposed to. In my experience I spent an additional 7,000 in extended warranty that my salesman and financial advisor talked me into and when it came time for me to use the warranty I could get nothing done. My truck sat in the back parking lot of the dealership the second time I took it in for repairs, 2 weeks and I was no closer to having it repaired than the very first time I took it there. They continued to blame it on the warranty company saying it was out of their hands after they turn it over for approval. If Arrow Ford knows this to be an issue then stop pushing the warranties. I dealt with several different individuals during this ordeal and I ran across not one that seemed to care about resolving my issue. I will never so much as purchase an interior light bulb from that dealership, certainly never another vehicle. Poor excuse for a service department. I would strongly suggest to anyone looking to buy to make the right choice and drive by Arrow Ford to a different dealership. More
