I have bought and leased many cars in my lifetime. DCH Audi is simply the best and I have leased 2 Audis from DCH. There are 2 closer Audi dealers to my home but they can't match DCH. I will not accept high-pressure tactics and false promises. DCH is reputable and professional. The sales, the financial guy, service are all "top drawer." Take a peek at their service department. I think you could eat off the floor. My salesperson Andrew tells you soemthing, you can count on it. They give you a price, there's no later flim-flam. Price I have gotten could not be beaten. Deal was done quickly and professionally. Andrew had lined up cars with my guess what I thought my wife would like. Of course, my wife came to make her final selection. Unexpectedly, she saw a different combo on DCH's lot then expected. No problem,no renegotiation. A swap was worked out over the phone with another dealer in a few minutes. Car was trucked in from Rhode Island to avoid racking up over a hundred miles. Can you reasonably ask for more? More
It is very clear to me, just as a customer, that the management, especially the service management, at DCH Millburn Audi is very technically proficient. They really understand the cars they work on and management, especially the service management, at DCH Millburn Audi is very technically proficient. They really understand the cars they work on and do not just "replace parts." You feel like they are your own "pit crew" and they want to be sure that you are both safe on the road and that your car is working perfectly. It is always very clean and organized and I like how the service bays are in full view of customers. They give me absolute confidence that my car is getting the best care possible. Additionally, they make customers feel well-cared for as well. But other dealers are good at that, while in the meantime your car is out of sight and sometimes the repairs are done badly if at all. This has never been the case at DCH Millburn Audi. More
My experience with DCH started with getting internet quotes from 4 different dealers in the area. After receiving the quotes I visited all 4 dealerships and made my final decision on my new Q5 based on quotes from 4 different dealers in the area. After receiving the quotes I visited all 4 dealerships and made my final decision on my new Q5 based on teh following criteria: 1. Price 2. Professionalism of Sales Team 3. Service Department 4. Location DCH did not have the absolute lowest price, but they were very close and had no hidden fees, the number I was quoted was exactly what I paid on delivery, no additional costs, fees or taxes. In addition Andrew at DCH had the best overall product knowledge, and when he did not know an answer he followed up by checking it out for me and getting back to me by email. I would definitely recommend DCH if you want a very good price, professional and knowledgeable staff that has integrity and a very up to date dealership. More
This is my third lease from this dealer and Leo. He goes well beyond the call of duty to help out the customer to the best of his abilities. For example the new A4 had a delay in the release, but my expiri well beyond the call of duty to help out the customer to the best of his abilities. For example the new A4 had a delay in the release, but my expiring lease was going to end before the arrival of my new car. So Leo lent me a loaner to cover the time difference between the end of my expiring lease to when I took the keys to my new car. Everyone from the service rep that greats you when you take your car for service to the certified vehicle salesmen always says hello and is ready and willing to help answer any questions. More
Had numerous problems with my vehicle after purchasing it from another dealer. After getting fed up, I brought it to DCH after reading the reviews on this site. They reassured me that they will find the problem and not to worry. Service rep called me back later in the day saying they reproduced the sound but could not isolate the source. Already feeling the burn from the other dealership, I initially felt a bit disappointed. The service rep assured me that they will find the problem but just needed more time. I obviously obliged and waited. The rep called me later the next day and told me that they found a major problem with the exhaust manifold, which was causing timing issues. They were shipping the parts in and will call me when the car is fixed. Meanwhile I explained other issues I have been having with the car, bluetooth incompatibilities etc. 2 days later, I received a call later saying that they replaced the exhaust but the shop foreman is now hearing noises from the timing chain. I stopped into the dealership and the service rep brought me to my car to explain the situation and show me the worn/defective parts. The fact that the service department didn't just fix my complaint and release the car is a true testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction. While I did not purchase my Audi from DCH and am unsure if I would purchase an Audi in the future due to the problems I have been having with the vehicle, the service I received from DCH is truly earning my respect back for Audi as a brand. Keep up the good work DCH. More

Last, but not least, the General Manager, Edmund Auw, is such a unique individual - he always made sure I was comfortable & extended such appreciated hospitality that is unsurpassed in this industry. John was very nice and listened to what i needed instead of selling me what he wanted. I left there with a very nice used vehicle that i'm loving every time i drive it. From there, John introduced me to the Used Car Manager (Al and Andrew) They showed me where the service dept is for my future oil changes, and introduced me to the service manager (Egon) who in turn introduced me to Edmund (General Manager). These are not the guys you expect to meet at a "Car Dealer". Their attitude is far supperior from what you hear on the street about "Car Salesman" Edmun (General Manager)walked with me to the customer waiting area and make me a cup of coffee while my car was being cleaned for me to take it home. Great group of guys/gals will be there for my future automotive purchases. More

Andrew was also very present and helpful through the process, and Rui was exceptionally efficient when closing and when getting the docs ready. More

Upon entering DCH you are acknowledged, welcomed and given respect right off the bat. The brand new showroom is immaculate and fully stocked with everything from coffee to Audi's. Everyone is courteous and willing to assist in any way they can. I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew Woolcock and am proud to say and am privileged to call him a friend. Having recently leased my fourth Audi, it being the brand new 2009 A4, Andrew made miracles happen and dreams come true. We are all experiencing an economic crisis in one way or another and in such trying times I was still able to seal a deal thanks to Andrew and his powers. I must admit I did drive the poor man crazy with my frequent calls and unannounced drop-ins but each time I called or appeared I was never rushed and was treated with such respect. As a footnote, his calm demeanor is quite therapeutic as well! I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Leo Yam upon delivery of my vehicles. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains the entire car in such detail that the book is not needed. He even went as far as programming my bluetooth and homelink features, who would go that extra mile? There is nothing he cannot answer or solve. He too is an asset to the dealership. Having been with the dealership for over 8 years now I have gone through many changes, from construction to management and all I can say is that they continue to excel in every area. The service, the staff, Andrew and all the other people behind the scenes are top notch. Being a very analytical, picky, and somewhat demanding person I have never experienced such class in the auto industry since dealing with DCH.
