Service department has been consistently poor. There is absolutely no communication between service technician and the customer, and very poor communication between liaisons . I had been looking for a charcoal colored 4 door Toyota Tacoma and came across one at Audi of Lexington. As I was driving around the lot in search of it I crossed paths with a shady character named Jeff Gr Tacoma and came across one at Audi of Lexington. As I was driving around the lot in search of it I crossed paths with a shady character named Jeff Graves! He pointed me in the direction of the Tacoma and then got the keys. After the test drive I went in to talk about buying it. Thought I would be talking with someone else besides Jeff because he is the finance manager. I am VERY HAPPY it was him. He was very personable, very professional and always had smile. A great asset for the dealership. I would also like to add that other associate where very friendly and enjoyed talking with them. Don't know if our paths will ever cross again but wish Jeff and the rest of Audi of Lexington people the BEST! Jeff B. More

Their service cannot find the real issue I drove my car without any problem just for a regular oil change. They highly recommended replacing the timing chain during the oil change service. When I go back to pick my car, my car didn't start. The technician should have checked the car before I go there for picking up my car. They said the timing chain must be replaced to fix the car (It costs ~$2,000). Then, I accepted that even though it was super suspicious for me. because my car was running before they touched my car for oil change, Also, they hardly accepted giving me a loaner car during the service time. Then, they called me after several days (I called them first to get an update) then they said the cylinder head must be replaced and it costs ~$3,000 and we cannot guaranty that it will fix your car. Can you imagine what a pathetic response from the official dealer? More
