I took the car for the factory required 20K service. I was promised that Dealership would do their best to provide a loaner car. On my previous 10K service date, even though there was no loaner car avai I was promised that Dealership would do their best to provide a loaner car. On my previous 10K service date, even though there was no loaner car available, I was offered a rental car which Auto Nation paid for. Dealership arranged a ride to the rental car. On the day of service Jan 12th, I was informed there would not be any loaner car available till mid-March by a very unprofessional manager named Samer. He also told me that I need to figure out my own ride or rent a car with no estimated pickup time. They did not offer a call or ride to the rental car, so I had to walk half a mile in the rainstorm to the rental myself and wait for an hour only to be informed they only have exotic cars available that day. My expectation from the Auto Nation was to at least a phone to rental car company to see if any car was available or at least inform me before my appointment that I need to make other arrangements. Overall, I had a very bad experience with this service, and I am very unhappy with dealership customer service. More

I see someone said that Samer is great. I would question that. The car was dropped off Friday morning, today is Tuesday , I haven't heard a word from a person who is called an 'advisor'. I decided to get a Stelvio Quadrifoglio after a "trial" with a Stelvio, which I had leased from the same dealership, so I am a returning customer.
