The service I received was great. The people I came in contact with were very friedly and easy to talk to. They made me feel relaxed . While I waiting I look around the dealership which was very neat and clean and was offered coffee also which was great. The Cashier was very quick and pleasant to deal with also. We check internet car is available we drove all the way 60mils and waited 3 and half hour, did paper work and they send car to detail wash after 3 hours came and told we have only one key and no manuals an 60mils and waited 3 and half hour, did paper work and they send car to detail wash after 3 hours came and told we have only one key and no manuals and take the car as it is, it was 2010 BMW and has only 7k miles, how come customer take car without manuals and key ? and I have sign the paper as I taken all ? very very bad experiance More

I came in complaining about my cars side curtain airbags deploying after hitting onto dirt and that my seatbelts were no longer functional. They told me several times to keep driving the car for a couple da deploying after hitting onto dirt and that my seatbelts were no longer functional. They told me several times to keep driving the car for a couple days when service opened on monday. Then i asked to speak with a manager or owner and the guy nearly laughed. He said to call customer service so i asked for the number. He said "It's in the owners manual" so i said do you have it off hand? n he goes "It's in the owners manual" I said could you just get it for me? and he goes "It's in the owners manual." They were very unwilling to help me and didnt take me seriously. I spoke to the general manager who said I didn't need the side airbags anyways! How dumb can you be? So i left a negative review and they refused to work on my car bc of it. If i opened a chevy dealer, I'd try and make that customer as happy as possible. Not shoe him away and be spiteful like a little kid. More
