Both were highly responsive, and understood how to adjust their standard processes to accommodate unique challenges. Some dealerships very obviously prefer certain types of clients, and this was absolutely not the case here. I had submitted the majority of my information prior to arrival as an extra layer of verification everything would go smoothly, and I was surprised at how seamless and easy the finance section was. Randall kept it real with me, I very much appreciated his transparency and candor. Overall, I was in & out in just over an hour. Amazing Detail team is also great. I've had experiences with new & used car deliveries where the cleaning team overuses chemicals and fragrances, but this team was very reasonable with their product usage. More

It took me no long to understand that Benson is a no-drama, to the point Client Advisor that I have come across in a very long time. We exchanged a few emails and I scheduled a time for a test drive. From the moment I test drove the vehicle to the one where I got the keys in hand, it was such an amazing experience. I certainly and very highly recommend Benson without any hesitations because of the following three points. 1. He is not a pushy sales person. He will ensure that you are absolutely comfortable before you reach a conclusion. His patience and warm nature are two of the many positive characteristics you will not fail to notice. 2. He will provide you with all the necessary information & more so that you can take an informed decision. 3. He will not try to sell you unnecessary "xx" (pardon my language) because he really has a vested interest in ensuring that you are comfortable in what you spend, and more importantly your happiness in owning "The Ultimate Driving Machine".
