BMW of Arlington

My car went to Arlington BMW for a oil leak in April of 2023 has been back multiple times after this , the last visit was March 5 , 2024 for another oil leak that I thought was resolved in April 2023 , whi 2023 has been back multiple times after this , the last visit was March 5 , 2024 for another oil leak that I thought was resolved in April 2023 , while my car was in their care my window failed and would not let up and brake sensor came on during delivery. I felt like my car was at the shade tree mechanic not a prestigious BMW dealership. I rate them a zero if I could BMW said my Windows wouldn’t let up something regarding FCR or FRC failed. I shouldn’t have had to pay anything because this happened in their care and I was not advised of this until I arrived at the dealership the windows with a plastic bag over the Passenger left side and window down on the driver side. This was a horrible experience and a mess. I referred to them as a shade tree mechanic not BMW. More
