Services received from Scott Sutton has always been excellent. The service manager was great in resolving a previous break issue that was done by BMW but didn't last for a year and a service rep (not excellent. The service manager was great in resolving a previous break issue that was done by BMW but didn't last for a year and a service rep (not Scott Sutton) advised that I should replace it but I will be charged for the replacement cost. Upon making my case to the service manager, the manger determined that it should be replaced as a warranty which is what I argued for.
