Why we have a 10 year history with Michael Shamy Since 2005 we have been leasing our BMW's from Michael. When my wife and I first met him he was at Hunterdon BMW. We were looking for the very best deal and we had been to all local competition and even scoured on line for the best price and value for a new BMW. At Hunterdon we had originally started with another salesperson on our first visit. We did not get a warm welcome feeling when we started negotiating a lease. In fact we left with an offer on the table with instructions to call us if the price was acceptable. A few days passed and we thought that we would not hear from anyone so we continued on our search. However we did get a call from Michael very unexpectedly. He simply said that we should come back in so that we would they would not loose a customer over a few dollars. That made an important impression on us that has bonded our loyalty to Michael and Bridgewater BMW. Over the years when we renew our leases we do not worry about hassling over the same issues on current programs, offers and the best lease for our situation. Michael has been looking out for us and knows what we want and will find a BMW for us that suits our budget. Integrity, honesty, superb customer care and satisfaction build loyalty between Bridgewater BMW and customers like us by professional's like Michael Shamy.
