I am a BMW lover and will be buying more of them in my lifetime, and I truly hope that Steve Thomas and my awesome client adviser, Ryan Amico will be around to cater to that. My first trip to Ryan was to go place my order for a European Delivery BMW M3. The entire order process took no longer than 40 minutes. This is absolutely unheard of! Usually when you go to a dealership, they play games with you, they pull you in multiple directions and sometimes even make you question the entire purchase because of the bad experience. But this was entirely different. The team at Steve Thomas made it feel like it was meant to be, because it WAS meant to be and they made sure that feeling never diminished for me. My floor mats were back-ordered nationally. Without my request, Ryan had them practically over-night delivered to my home. This is what we truly call customer service. I can honestly say I loved my experience. I made a new friend with my Client Advisor, Ryan Amico and I found my eternal BMW dealership, even though they are 100 miles away from me. More

To top it off, Jim in finance is bar none the best finance manager in the business--over 30 years at the same company says a lot in my book. After sales follow up was impressive. The service writers and sales staff (Tony & Ryan) kept in touch to make sure our buying experience was all we had hoped for. The cars are great but the service/sales staff is even better. From the greeting by the owner of the dealership (a first for me) to the sales rep. Ryan Amico who is an absolute GEM... From the title clerk to the final paper work signing we were treated with kindness, understanding and appreciation. a truly amazing experience. The Steve Thomas experience was something to behold. I can't really rate them on their repair work since we never made it that far. First of all they don't have loaners... they have a shuttle service. Unlike every other BMW dealership I've been to, Steve Thomas doesn't have a proper waiting area. They just shoved a couch and chair in the gift shop amid the BMW shirts and mugs. Not even a desk or phone to use. The final straw was when I was told they didn't have WiFi. This is a BMW dealership in 2010?? Totally unacceptable. The only positive thing I can say is that the service writer, Travis, was very friendly. More

What is remarkable about Ryan is that he does not believe in the hard core sales approach. He is knowledgeable and genuine and was much more interested in listening to what I wanted in my new car vs. what he wanted to sell me. Ryan responded very quickly to my email and was more than willing to work around my busy schedule to set up a test drive and discuss options for purchasing my new car. Many dealerships treat women differently and assume that their husband is buying them a new BMW so they address the man in their conversation. I have experienced this many times in my life at other dealerships and always found it ridiculous when I clearly knew more about the cars then the salesmen did. Steve Thomas BMW has never done this and is the reason why I remain a loyal customer. It is one thing to have a positive experience when buying a new car but consistent service is another important thing to consider. Warren Matsui my Service Advisor has become someone I can always rely on and always goes above and beyond. He clearly cares about his customers and it shows. We purchased our 528i BMW from Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW and all I can say is "WOW"! I knew the first time I spoke with Ryan over the phone he was the one I wanted to not only work with but buy from and BMW and all I can say is "WOW"! We drove down that same day and fell in love with the car. This was our first time at Steve Thomas BMW and you can bet it wont be our last. We did not take her or should I say the car home that day it needed a few minor fixes to make the car perfect. The following week Ryan and his brother drove up the coast about 2 hours to our home and delivered my car (what service)! Ryan again wanted to make sure that we were completly happy with our beautiful BMW and if we needed anything else? Working with Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW was a great experience. He did not pressure or push the sale, but was calm and explained all of the details regarding how much the car would be sold for, registr experience. I first spotted my 2010 BMW 335i online at Steve Thomas's website. It is a lemans blue e90 6spd, one of the 335i on the market. I was expected a sort of snobby attitude because the car was so rare, and how would a 20 year old pay for such a car. No such attitudes were conveyed to me when I met with Ryan Amico. He instantly let us test drive the car and I fell in love. His demeanor inside the test drive was that of enthusiasm, which matched my already enthused attitude. I loved the car, but my father had his doubts (I am making car payments to him instead of leasing it by myself). Ryan answered all of his questions with accuracy and integrity. Ryan gave us the bottom line on the car straight up. It was an amazing deal and I was surprised how swiftly he went to the bottom line. My father and I decided to think about it for a week. We revisited Steve Thomas and test drove the car for a second time, which Ryan was pleased to conduct. We stared at the car for some time and decided to keep thinking as we drove to LA to pick up my refinished BBS wheels. On the way down my father and I discussed how professionally Ryan Amico had handled the situation. It was a gorgeous car and there was no way I could let it out of my sights or hands. We called Ryan Amico and said that it was a done deal; we would take it. He responded with pleasure and said that the car would be washed and detailed immediately. My experience with Steve Thomas BMW was that of great enthusiasm, joy, and professionalism. It was great to talk to a salesperson who had the same enthusiams for the brand and car as I did. I would highly recommend that if you are thinking of buying a BMW, choose Steve Thomas. They are professional, fair, honest, and kind.
