I purchased a used vehicle online because I thought “BMW” dealership would only provide the ultimate in sales and quality cars. I will never do this again. The first red flag was emailing sales agreement wi dealership would only provide the ultimate in sales and quality cars. I will never do this again. The first red flag was emailing sales agreement with sales person using their personal gmail account. Very unprofessional. Then they mislead me about several items. Over 30 days now and I still don’t have paperwork to register the car properly. More
