The entire experience, from sales to service has been professional but friendly, and you do really feel like you are part of the family. The Finance guy was great (I used to be one) so I am always interested. Finally, the lady that showed me all the recent technology was very patient and didn't laugh at me (too much). The service department listened attentively to my concerns, made sure I had a ride or make me comfortable. And even after all of that, they fixed my car's problem.
