Thank you for your prompt reply, I apologize for not responding sooner it's been a very busy week. I have had hreat experiences with your sales staff and service personal My wife purchased a 330 ix from y'all and we also picked up a 650 i next door which y'all service. The 650 is now at our house in Louisiana and developed a leak around the new top.seals.so I was looking for gasket cleaner and dressing assuming BMW would either stock or recommend those products. Unfortunately the person that answered the phone initially wanted the vin # when I explained ot probably came in a tube and wasn't vehicle specfic she said didn't have any so I got online and found the products that appear to be BMW recommended. I huess my issue is two fold 1) the employe is apparently not well versed on servicing.Thats understandable time training.and exposure takes care of that. 2) All my employees.are trained to ask of they don't know aren't sure. It struck me that the employee didn't know and wasn't interested in finding out. That might be a point worth stressing. Thanknyou again for your follow up
