I have rarely encountered a more obnoxious customer representative than Mr. Palacios. He was rude and unhelpful throughout my transaction. At one point, he even mumbled something like, 'I should have c representative than Mr. Palacios. He was rude and unhelpful throughout my transaction. Rachel is great to work with.
