First sales contact was a phone conversation with Brooks who quickly provided email info on vehicle we were interested in. Their website and extensive listing of inventory made it extremely easy to find the vehicle we wanted. He assured me a quick turn around time and guided me thru all the necessary info I needed to gather and fill out and return to him (credit app. , insurance info. etc.) After a couple of phone conversations that day we agreed upon price and terms and the deal was done! He said we could pick up car the next day. Because of our schedule we had to wait till the 2nd day to drive over. We arrived late morning, and met Brooks and some of the folks at Ganley. Car was ready, and paperwork was timely processed. I was Impressed! I got the feeling that this was the norm for this dealer. Unlike many other experiencies where you sit and wait for things to happen. Because of all the technology and gadgetry that this new BMW has, my wife needed lots of time and guidance. To my surprise Brooks patiently spent close to 2 hours demonstrating and explaining various features on the vehicle. Even with this internet age of all the info and details available, you still need honest and professional people at dealerships to make it happen. My experience with Ganley was nothing less the great!! I got a 2011 X3 and absolutely love it, our family has now purchased 3 cars from Ganley and the experience is the same every single time. We couldn't get to the dealership until 4:30 close their closing time, but that didn't matter. Jerry and Erik stayed after closing to make sure everything was taken care of properly for us. Even after the papers were signed and the sale was made Jerry made sure all the questions about how to operate the iDrive were answered. We didn't leave the dealership until around 6:30 even though they technically closed at 5. The atmosphere was just adds to the overall experience. Fred Palmer wasn't even apart of the deal, but still made a point to come over say hello and thank us for our business. That type of quality of service is why we continue to go back. I would recommend Ganley to everyone they are the best you wont leave disappointed. More

I found a BMW Z4M on there dealership website. Ended up driving over there from Vermilion Ohio just to check it out. And upon arrival I met Tom Zito. Then Erik Parkinson stepped and tried to work his magic, but no matter what the bank wasn't trying to work with us that night. So we had made an appointment a couple days later, and before I left that day I had filled out a credit application. So inbetween then, and our next appointment those two guys were on the ball getting just about everything they could set up before I got there. So when I showed up it was just in and out and both of them were so friendly and very intelligent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that I knew, because I'm sure everyone else that works there is just a applicable to help anyone out. More
