We went to this dealership d/t the selection of cars and the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Marc Narosyn. He really was interested in helping us buy a car. Any of the dealerships we contacted in Pa were NOT h the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Marc Narosyn. He really was interested in helping us buy a car. I had the best experience today purchasing my BMW 528x! I met Howard Schneider a couple of years ago while getting my car serviced at a different dealership. I was browsing at cars in the showroom and was greeted by Howard. Very friendly and helpful, never pushy. Just knew that i wanted him to sell me my next vehicle! So when i returned to buy a vehicle from him one year later, i was sad to hear that he no longer worked for that dealership. A few months ago, my husband and i were considering BMW as our next car, and the nearest dealership was in middleburg hts. As soon as i walk into the dealership, I see Howard. I literally ran to him and gave him a big hug! After two years, he knew exactly who i was! It was meant to be! Today he went above and beyond to get me the car that i wanted at a great price. He did research on the used vehicle before he even considered even showing me! Also, the staff were all super friendly. The used car manager,Fred, was awesome too.
