Dear Banister Ford Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service experience I received at your dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, I was misled ab my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service experience I received at your dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, I was misled about several critical aspects of ownership, resulting in significant inconvenience and frustration. Firstly, I was assured that my vehicle had no recalls, only to discover later that there is a major recall affecting my vehicle. This misinformation is unacceptable and has undermined my trust in your dealership. Additionally, I was misled about the availability of charging stations. I was informed that Banister Ford provides access to over 111,000 charging stations nationwide, which turned out to be inaccurate. Furthermore, your dealership does not have the necessary components to enable charging at Tesla stations, despite claiming to offer this service. I was also told that I could charge my vehicle at any Ford dealership at any time of day. However, I have been turned away from your lot outside of business hours, leaving me stranded on multiple occasions. Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding charging costs and electricity prices is concerning. I have been forced to pay exorbitant fees for charging until I could register with different charging stations. These issues have greatly affected my experience as a customer, and I urge you to address these serious concerns promptly. Don't really have anything to say about, but will not use it again for service or auto purchase. I have use this location for years and always used the VIP that I purchased when I bought my 2016 from use it again for service or auto purchase. I have use this location for years and always used the VIP that I purchased when I bought my 2016 from Sheedy for oil changes and etc. But, on my recent visit I was told that my VIP was canceled and that I couldn't use it. I ended up having to pay for an oil change that I use to get for free; therefore, I have no need to continue to service my car with Banister Ford. I can get oil changes , tire rotations, brakes, etc. somewhere else far less than what it would cost at Banister. More

The service wasn’t terrible before the car purchase, but after the smart remarks and snooty attitudes because I had questions were really annoying to deal with as a first time car buyer. They purposely took me on a drive where I wouldn’t see my back camera was broken. Refused to fix it and said it’s up the the owner to repair and not for the car salesmen’s to know the mechanics of the car. Also they said the car was inspected 2x but they don’t tell you till after the car is inspected when it first gets there so it could be there for a year and they won’t check it before selling it to you. At a point unprofessional and pressed for a sale! I love my car though I got her fixed but I had to spend a lot of money in the process where as I may not have bought the car at all if I knew what I know now. More
