I dropped my car off at 9 am for an oil change and went home. I never received a call to say my car was ready, by the time I realized I didn't get a call they were closed. The front screen randomly cut off while I’m listening to music. This is my second Chevy trax so I can confirm this is not normal. I took my vehicle back to have them look at it. they refuse to fix the issue and they refuse to take the vehicle back. I ended up talking to the manager, and he was completely rude and hung up on me while I was expressing the issues that I was having with the vehicle that I brought from the dealership that’s that he’s running.
