I decided I really wanted it so then we just had to see if I could get a good trade-in for my old van. Just 1 counter offer and we found a deal we were both happy with. There were never any high pressure sales tactics or berating my 17 yr old Odyssey. I left with a "new to me" Odyssey with low miles, got a really fair trade-in amount and even decided to finance it thur them since it was a couple tenth's lower than what I had already set up. Everyone there was very professional, courteous & friendly. Scott really worked hard to get me top dollar on my trade and I don't think I could have done better anywhere else! I will definitely check Bart's for my next purchase More

Both cars that I purchased were runners with minor mechanical and cosmetic issues and I was satisfied with my purhase both times. He gets right down to bussiness looking at cars and doesn't talk money unless asked. He makes it clear that he isn't pressuring you both by not trying to over sell a car and by reminding you that taking a car out for a drive isn't required if the car isn't suitable. He doesn't try to "upsale" a car for more than what it is worth, infact he lets the car sell itself which is great for a $500-$3000 price range. More
