We looked at the vehicles at the lot on Sunday to visually look at the vehicles and went on Monday to test drive them. Once we finalized the financing, we were able to sign the paperwork, transfer items to the new car, and leave the lot all in about 30 minutes. More

Nicholas did not want to help us at all but Barts bought back the lincoln from Nicholas and Scott and Barts went to bat for us with Nicholas to get us in another vehicle which they did. Scott did a great job keeping on Eddie from Nicholas so we would not go without a vehicle. We are always treated great by staff of Barts. Scott went above and beyond what most dealers would do.
