The Best Car Dealership I Have Ever Done Business With!!! Big Jim is the best salesman I have ever personally dealt with. He was very upfront with me and my wife. He didn't try to hide anything and was very respectful. I came in to trade my wife's car in and get her a new one. He gave us a very fair trade value for her truck and found a car to trade us equally on. We thought we were gonna have to take a long out on the car she wanted but like I said he worked with us and traded us straight up. I always go to Bart's for my cars and I recommend everyone else does to! Make sure to come in and see Big Jim he is a amazing salesman and is very honest! More

Great Experience We went in looking for an SUV that would suit our needs. Troy showed us around the lot allowing us to look at multiple cars and then we finally found We went in looking for an SUV that would suit our needs. We test drove it for quite a while and didn't realize we went past the closing time. Troy was very accommodating, however, and we appreciated the time he spent with us. Very disappointing Starting out everything was great. The employees were great and we found the car we wanted at a great price..or so we thought. We went in and filled o Starting out everything was great. The employees were great and we found the car we wanted at a great price..or so we thought. We went in and filled out our paperwork and it was too late to get answer on our loan for the night. No biggie, we will come back. We get a call the next day and we got the loan for what we were told the salesman could get us down to. Go in again and the guy who we worked with us wasnt there. We were told all we need to do is sign some papers and we are on our way. Great..we got in there and sat for 45+ minutes before anyone even asks to help us. Then when we finally go to sign papers, we notice the car is over a thousand dollars more than what we were told we were going to buy it for. I will never buy a car from them again and i would not reccommend them to my worst enemy! More

When alt else fails call Adam So irs been almost a month now, and my car is running like a champ, but it wasn't long ago that I was shopping for a new car, a my old one went down So irs been almost a month now, and my car is running like a champ, but it wasn't long ago that I was shopping for a new car, a my old one went down and my family and I were without a ride. Needless to say, my car shopping experience was conducted entirely on line, not the greatest way to purchase a used car, in my opinion, but sometimes a man's gotta do what a man does. Lets cut to it.... I called around and I submitted bids and my intentions to several car dealerships. A grew press layer I was bombarded with calls, not a bad thing when hunting for the best deal. A lot of them were great, annnnnd I have to admit Adam was somewhere in the middle of alt of them, offering me the car I want at a great price. Alt of these car dealerships were actually driving my vehicle coffees to the house, but none of them seemed as appealing as what Adam wad offering. As a matter of fact, when I told them of Saddam and what he had done, they seemed to talk down about him, saying who couldn't down what he had ALREADY done, and that grrr was giving me the run around. Don't believe the hype. Adam is amazing. Her is a straight shooter and willing to go that extra mile, literally. He drove the vehicle to my house, drove me back to the dealership, and an hour later I was driving home in muy 2008 Hummer at a price that can only be described as jaw dropping. My friends alt dont believe it. They assume I am spending an leg. I simply tel them to go see Adam Sinclair at Barts Car Store in fort Wayne Indiana. Accept no substitute. More
