Adam is the best I was disabled in a car accident due to an idiot playing with his cell phone and not watching the road the person ran a red light and hit me and total I was disabled in a car accident due to an idiot playing with his cell phone and not watching the road the person ran a red light and hit me and totaled my Chrysler 300 I was severely injured and because of this accident although it was really negligence I lost my house I lost my new Jeep patriot everyone for Adam in all honesty I wouldn't have a car today which I so badly need because I have a service dog that accompanies me everywhere and I have to have that help I will definitely seek to buy my next vehicle from Bart's auto center and that is because of Adam's caring compassion to me Adam never got tired of listening to me and I really did talk his ear off .Adam is definitely the sales person I would talk tobefore I bought a car from any other place . before you buy your car from any otherdealership definitely check Bart's the inventory is large and the people are great. "Every vehicle has problems." -Adam Sinclair (salesman) I had looked at a Subaru Outback and Forrester at Bart's. They seemed to be in great condition. The first visit I worked with Adam Sinclair. The first I had looked at a Subaru Outback and Forrester at Bart's. They seemed to be in great condition. The first visit I worked with Adam Sinclair. The first car I test drove, I had to scrape the frost off the windows myself and this was around noon. I decided I was more interested in the Outback, I took it on like 2-3 test drives. When I went on an on ramp that was clover shaped, the vehicle started shaking in a not normal way (it also had a headlight out). When I returned and I told a salesman (TJ) he told me it could be fixed and written into the purchase agreement or whatever, that it could just be tire pressure. I told him that I am leery and would need time to think about it. The next day Adam called me to ask what I was thinking. I told him that I was going to pass on it, he said they could fix it, I explained I was just too leery on it. Adam then said to me, "Every vehicle has problems." I ended up getting a phone call on my work phone and needed to end our conversation, but with that attitude and saying that to me, I knew I would not be giving Bart's my business/ money. More
