My check engine came on, I called on a Monday for an appointment and no one called me back. I called Tuesday and was able to make an appointment. I had asked at a previous service appointment for an oil appointment and no one called me back. I called Tuesday and was able to make an appointment. I had asked at a previous service appointment for an oil change, apparently that didn’t get done. I was overdo for an oil change. Also, someone removed my previous oil change stickers and pulled up interior tint on my windshield, they didn’t tell me. I am still waiting to hear back from the service manager in regards to that. On 2/22/24 my wife and I went to Beck just to look at a wrangler and get an idea on numbers. Sajan came out to greet us and was understanding of what we were looking to do. He was never pushy and answered all of our questions. Now comes the fun part.. buying time. I had no intentions of becoming a Jeep owner that day but these guys made it really hard to say no. In the best way possible. Sajan, PJ and Parker were phenomenal at getting me where I wanted to be price wise. They did everything they could to make sure I walked out a happy customer. And I did. I absolutely love my wrangler and will be referring family and friends to Beck. More
