I purchased "on line" from a distance of 330 miles. I sent pictures of my trade-in, VIN number, and a verbal discription. Since this required me to drive 660 miles roundtrip, I expressed my desire for a "quick" turn around, because of the long day it involved for me My contact person was Larrick French. Communication with him was excellent and prompt. The vehicle I purchased was ready upon my arrivial, and the paperwork necessary had been started and completetion was reduced to a minimum. The drive back home was uneventfull, and the new purchase performed perfectly. The following day I had a "followup" conversation with Mr.French. This purchase was one of the most pleasant I have made, and it is due mostly because of Larrick French. He does your dealership "proud," and I will remember this for future purchase consideration. Sales methods have changed with the introduction of the internet, and it allows products choices from a very large market area. I like that, and I use that. I had a great experience buying my Hyundai Veracruze from Mr. Thomas "Tank" Clark. He was an extremely polite and friendly sales person. I just bought a new 2013 GMC Yukon from this dealership. The sales person Manny Dawar was extremely rude to begin with. He and I kept getting into arguments one after another, the guy was not even man enough to apologize of his behavior. When it came to finally offering them a price, they took it and neglected to inform me of the special offers that GM offered to their customers. After finding this out, I immediately contacted the dealership and asked the sales person why he neglected to inform me of such offers. He told me, "why should we tell you?" I could not believe what I was hearing! I complained to GM customer service and they told me that Beck & Masten should have informed me of such offers. With this being said, GM contacted the dealership in hopes to have this settled. The sales manager Andrew Martinez, of whom I never meet, called me. The conversation was brief, I simply wanted to know why he and the sales person neglected to inform me of the special offers. His answer was, "well in order for us to come up with the final price we had to include all special offers." I told him that he was not purchasing the vehicle, I was! Hence therefore, he could not possibly come up with the number! After going back and forward with this, Andrew just gave me numbers of the papers and said, "you have already signed all documents." When asked if he would take the vehicle back, he informs me that he won't. It hasn't even been seven days and the vehicle is garage kept, driven up to 25 miles, and this how they treat me. I explained thoroughly to GM customer service, so far they are just taking their sweet time to work on this issue. Total disappointment! I hope this information helps you if you plan to purchase any vehicles from this dealership. More
I purchased a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty only to find that multiple items/issues are "excluded". My fault I guess for trusting the dealership and not ready the paperwork line by lin warranty only to find that multiple items/issues are "excluded". My fault I guess for trusting the dealership and not ready the paperwork line by line. But this is garbage! When a dealer rep tells you BUMPER TO BUMPER i took that to mean bumper to bumper. I have taken the Sierra back twice for a rattle and a check engine light on. The Service Rep told me it was not covered even though they knew what the issue was and "numerous" customer had had the same exact issue (Sounds like a design defect), wasn't covered by the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and they would charge me $500 to fix. After I declined the CSR told me to take it to a muffler shop and they would only charge me $200! (Sounds like gouging). The check engine light was diagnosed as the EGR was bad. AGAIN it wasn't covered by the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and would cost $650 to fix even though it was electrical and engine related. I took it to a mechanic and only $200 to fix. (Really sounds like price gouging) SENSE A PATTERN!!!! I was also talked into purchasing the alarm because B&M "really stood behind their sale!" I took it in cause the door actuators would not lock when placed into drive - fixed, took it in a few months later cause the passenger side actuator would not engage when the alarm was set REFIXED, took it in a few months later when the drivers side would not engage when the alarm was set RE_RE_FIXED, took it in a few months later when the both sides would not engage RE_RE_RE_FIXED, until just today when the passenger side will not actuate and "GOSH, it's out of warranty and we'll have to charge you"!! I WILL NEVER, REPEAT, NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM BECK & MASTEN AGAIN!!!!!!!! More

We bought a new GMC Savanna van with the Explorer conversion package. The Explorer rep Alex Miller and the Beck and Masten internet manager Melynda Lewis were both absolutely perfect.
