The worst customer service. Instead of telling me she could not find my appointment, the employee simply added us to the back of the line. The service department is HORRIBLE, the techs are nice, but the Dealer is very CROOKED. Broken side mirror, they tried to charge me $700 + $450 to install it. We bought the pre-paid oil changes when we purchased our van new, could never use it because I can't be without a car for 3 days just for an oil change. Yes, your new vehicle has a warranty, but we can't use it because they are ULTRA Slow. More
