When my sales person (Dan Milhisler) approached me he had the most warm, welcoming smile on his face and immediately I felt like I was with my best friend. I had been working with Dan since February and he kept in touch without pressuring me. For medical reasons I was unable to get there before today (4/19/2017). In any event, I felt like a little kid on Christmas morning when I finally pulled away in my new Honda Fit--I couldn't be happier. More

Great service but the TV in the waiting rooms are too loud!! I could not find a quiet place to wait while my car was serviced. The TVS were blasting so much that you could not read or think. Quick, efficient and helpful I started by talking to Heidi Meyer because I've known her for a while not and as soon as I told her I wanted a car she instantly started looking and I started by talking to Heidi Meyer because I've known her for a while not and as soon as I told her I wanted a car she instantly started looking and within days told me she found a good one for me. I came in and Dave Reash did everything he could to help me. Let me test drive it, talked through the work done on the car and how many owners, how it's been treated and showed my the engine, I liked the car but wasn't sure if I was 100% on buying it. So I thought about it for a day or two and Dave Reash kept the car for me! I was missing the center console clip and he ordered it and put it in for free!!! My insurance was insainly high because I'm a new driver and Henry Aldrete gave me the number for an insurance broker who cut it in half! Would definitely recommend Bianchi Honda and Dave Reash or Henry Aldrete in the future! My next car might even be from Bianch! More
