I called Henry and told him my current situation which was "dire". I had a 2008 dodge grand caravan which was literally on its last leg. I told him what I could afford and what I was looking for. Within 2 days I signed papers on a 2011 CR-V with low miles. Henry even came in on his day off to make the delivery because it worked with my schedule. I purchased plenty of vehicles in the last 18 years, actually too many. I've had salesman not be there at delivery due to there schedule. Henry isn't that way. He went out of his way and took time away from his family to make mine safer. He, and Bianchi Honda has a customer for life. More

poor service Poor customer service. Assistant service manager did not introduce himself to me after the service technician brought him over to evaluate my concern. Poor customer service. It didnt feel like I was at a dealership. From beginning to end the experience was wonderful. Guys are friendly and helpful!!! I was recently on line looking for cars I clicked on the stats and it was at bianchi !needless to say a sales rep got back to me by email instantly !!
