My Review of Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
From my initial phone call to make my appointment to the visit to the cashier's desk, Kristen was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to listen to my list of troubles with my Subaru and explained it all clearly to the technician so that repairs could be made. While going over the car, a couple other problems were identified by the tech. Without sales pressure, the identified issues were clearly explained, as well as prices for all the work. I was able to make an informed decision about what to have fixed immediately and what could be postponed.
The Customer waiting area was more like a livingroom/ kitchen designed for customer comfort. Ample, comfortable seating, fresh coffee and doughnuts and other beverages were available. Later in the day hot dogs, popcorn, and soft drinks were available!
Because of the challenges I presented with my car, I needed a loaner and one was provided for me. There, too, everyone was courteous and friendly.
And at the end of it all, the price was much, much less than quoted. Kristen did all she could to get me the best deal!
I drove 50 minutes to get to Bill Bryan's service department and will gladly do it again when the time comes. The drive home in my finely tuned machine made me very happy!
