When it arrived he worked with me to arrange a convenient time for me to pick up my car. My order was exactly as I expected both in product and in price. There were no surprises. I traded in my 2020 Ford EcoSport and received a very competitive price. Chris Dillon, the finance representative, called me in advance of pickup to go over the numbers and ensure I was prepared, both financially and with the required paperwork to complete my transaction. The entire process was quick, efficient, and pleasant. My sales representative, Steve, has been available since my purchase to answer questions about my new purchase that inevitably come up when someone purchases a new vehicle. Steve is patient, readily available, and always responsive. Steve and Gabe (the tech person) assisted me with updating my FordPass app to remove my trade-in and add my new vehicle. Luke helped navigate through all available rebates/offers, provided a very fair price, and made the trade-in process on my existing vehicle a breeze. The General Manager of the dealership even followed-up with a phone call to ensure the transaction was closed smoothly and that I was fully pleased with the service received--definitely not the norm for other local Ford dealerships. This purchase at Bill Estes--Test Drive to Vehicle Possession--was hands down the best car buying experience I've had in 30+ years of purchasing cars and trucks.
