My Review of Bill Estes Ford:
Purchase was a very pleasant experience. Dealership worked to insure all potential rebates were provided and price was very fair even before the rebates. I had made a very detailed search of various small SUVs and received prices and reviews on several. After comparing the pricing from Estes along with the reviews and projected ownership costs on Kelly Blue Book the Escape from Estes was the clear winner and the ease of the transaction only added to enforce the decision. I was able to communicate my final decision to Estes about noon on Saturday and drove away with my new escape by mid-afternoon, even after a nice overview of the vehicle and automated systems by the Estes technology personnel. I have had the Escape 2 days now and still have not had a chance to play with all the new goodies, but I look forward to learning more each day. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new car to stop by Estes and see what may be available there.

My experience was great, they were all very friendly and extremely helpful! I will definitely recommend this dealership and return again. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was they did not give me a full tank of gas to drive off the lot with (it was about a 1\4 tank.)

I Love this dealership and it's staff members. Chip was my sale rep. and he treated me with respect and I could tell he wanted our business. The finance rep. Gregg was unbelieveable with the numbers he came up with. I Just could not be happier. The gentlemen that helped me learn how my sync system work was educated and could aswer all my questions effectively. Hats off to the Manager Andy, he was helpful all the way around made sure I was completely satified and might I say a heck of a nice man. I will purchase my next truck through Bill Estes Ford, because every single person I came in contact with for lack of a better word amazing.I will say it again I Love this dealer... Bill Estes Rocks! Let chip know it deffinetly was letting me take the truck home for the night that sold me.. Great Job...

This was my first visit to Bill Estes ford. I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Starting with Michael Balkas, who was upfront and honest with a no pressure sales aproach, which I was very comfortable with . Financing went very smooth Greg Floyd was efficient and professional. Brian Weddle thanked me in the end with a handshake and some good convesation. Don't want to forget Dustin McAfee for his help and time an getting my trade-in to the dealership. Well done gentelman you all work together like a well oiled machine. Great Work!!!!

My Review of Bill Estes Ford:
My wife and I were looking for a specific car with specific features. Most importantly kid friendly since my wife and I are now pregnant with twins. I called and was put in touch with Mike Balkas. He was very friendly and informational from the start. We took the hour drive up to see the car we saw online. Mike met us there was again very friendly and informational. We took it for a test drive to see what my wife thought of it since she would be the one driving. We then handled the "sticky" aspect of buying a car....price. To me Mike is the type of car salesman every dealership should have. We have walked out of dealerships before because of over pushy arrogant salesman. There is a difference between arrogant and confident, Mike was confident in his knowledge of the car and the business without coming at us with the "I know better than you" attitude. Mike is the reason we bought the car from Bill Estes. The only negative aspect of the visit was a manager that came over and started with the "pushy" condisending talk. Thats why we took the evening to talk about it and think it over. That is what puts people off in my eyes. But back to the posotive, after we decided to buy the car Mike was continually helpful with paper work and getting title information, he didnt just get the sale and move on and ignore us. He was still helpul and responsive. So for Mike Balkas alone we bought the car from Bill Estes Ford. Give that guy a raise!!!!
