Very professional and helpful; was not pushy or 'hard-sell' in the least. Took the 2500.00 cash incentive from Ford with other incentives that Steve had found for us, but wasn't required to give us. Steve also gave us a coupon for savings on the Extended Service Plan that we applied to the vehicle. Made the shopping experience that much easier and better for us. Was escorted by Steve to Greg Floyd who helped us take care of the financial end of purchase. Very efficient and didn't take long to finish. Wife loves vehicle as do I, and I'm sure will be a great car for us on down the line.
