If it was possible to give a business no stars and a review i would . The sales portion started fine except the sales person was pushing more expensive cars at us than we told him we were looking for . review i would . The sales portion started fine except the sales person was pushing more expensive cars at us than we told him we were looking for . when we found AND Drove a car we were interested in we started the Paperwork for it then half way through was told we couldnt buy it because it wasnt for sale even tho we had test drove it . We left and went to go eat lunch and while we were eating we got called by the sales person that there was a miss communication with the vehicle we could buy it and if we were close we could start the process. When we got back they asked how we were paying for it and they were told cash , we asked multiple times if there was going to be a credit check even tho we were paying cash and was told no they dont need to run credit on us since we had 11,000.00 in cash to buy the car. After all is said and done and we came home with the car i get an email notification they ran a hard credit inquiry on me . i called and spoke to the manager who was 0 help and frankly RUDE. I let it go untill i went to go register the car because the temps are due to expire and MD MVA told us the dealership hasnt done anything to transfer the title to MD so we can register this vehicle . I have since called 3 times Saturday ( was told i would get a call back monday 0 , Monday came and i waited till4 to follow up and didnt get an answer and was told to leave a message and then again today . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT AN UNPROFESSIONAL HASSEL! More
Jon Vu is the best salesperson my husband and I ever dealt with in 34 years. He is very friendly, respectful, trustworthy, efficient (no waste of time) , listens to you, and helped us with a few extras dealt with in 34 years. He is very friendly, respectful, trustworthy, efficient (no waste of time) , listens to you, and helped us with a few extras. Contact him before going to the dealership and you are certain to save yourself some time. We never had such a great experience buying a new car and selling our old car. Thank you Jon! Christine More
Please read this before you go to Bill page Honda. They broke my tire's sensor when they filled in air in the tire. After that, they shifted the responsibility to us and charged us $95. When we complained a staff there, 2 more staffs came to us and yelled at us. (We felt racial discrimination) It is not about money. It is about the way how they treat their customer. If I could give zero stars, I would. These guys are cheats and liars, and they know it and do not care. Seriously, what consequence is there to them if they do not perform? I was se These guys are cheats and liars, and they know it and do not care. Seriously, what consequence is there to them if they do not perform? I was selling my car through KBB (Kelly Blue Book), and this dealer made me a cash offer. Ok, fine. When I was contacted, I said, I will not be coming in for the appraisal, I will send you pictures, details, there is no lien or lease on the car, so I just want the fair price from the KBB. I had other cash offers through the same service, but this dealer said the price was a firm offer. I said, is it really, or once I come in, will you start to negotiate prices? There guy sent me a photo of the check for the amount and said as long as there was no major change from what I said, like the mileage being off by one thousand miles or something drastic, then they would give me the check. All I needed was the title and my license. I confirmed this morning, same thing "we will honor the firm offer, all I need is the title and your drivers license." But wouldn't you know it, when I get there I get all kinds of the standard used car salesperson lines. "Oh, the market has changed because it's the new year." It's the new year from THIS MORNING?!? And, "well, there is no way we can honor this amount, what about if we sell you something, that's the only way we can honor it." Told you in the original deal and every time we have communicated since that I have already replaced the car, just need to sell this one. The head of used car sales, Larry Labonte, is a complete idiot and total liar. While I was there, three other customers were in the dealership, and literally all three had an issue. One guy yelled, "well you lost a customer because of how expensive your oil changes are." Ok, but did not seem to affect anyone in the service department. Another guy said the price had changed, and Larry Labonte is in there saying that if he drops it $70, will they do it. In other words, not honoring the original price and for seventy bucks? What a xxxxxxx. And it looked like the customer reluctantly took the deal, but was clearly not happy. I also dealt with Adeel Bhatti, and he was just as much of a liar as anyone, or at least whatever he said, Larry and the General manager, Jeremiah Hill, another total prize of a human, overruled and acted as though it just did not matter what was promised this same morning. Jeremiah was the one with the "markets have changed" line, which I love. Markets have changed from this morning. Like, the stock market? What Car market has changed since I texted and emailed less than an hour ago? Complete lie, as though they would outwit me or because they thought I was a captive audience, I would accept their lousy price. So Avoid this dealership like the plague. They are awful, will not honor what they say (which, by the way, is called a bait and switch, and they clearly live off of this tactic), and of course, I am sure the cars they sell are complete trash. So if you buy from this dealership, it is on you. You have been warned. More
We had a great experience at Bill Page Honda with Jon Vu. He made buying a new CR-V a breeze. We hammered out the deal via text message, and the paperwork went quickly. 10/10, would buy from there again. He made buying a new CR-V a breeze.
