My Review of Bill Page Honda:
We are shopping for a 2009 Honda Accord. Reeva took over 1 hour to show us a 2009 Accord, which I will most likely purchase before this weekend from her. I was driven to write this entry because I had such a horrible experience at one of the other dealerships in NOVA that seems to have a "high" dealer rate score...I can't imagine how. Anyway, to make a long story short, make sure you "shop" for the right envirnment in which to spend your money. If the place you walk into looks like a "zoo", and you are pushed aside if you are only "looking", then go to Bill Page Honda and ask for Reeva.

bought 2008 crv ex awd new. paid 23,000 OTD. negotiated over phone. carlito isn't the friendliest salesman. probably can use some training in that area. just quick and to the point which isn't all bad but eh.

do your research and phone negotiation before walking into any dealer.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
We have purchased 2 Honda's ad traded one in from Bill Page Honda in Falls Church, VA. and have recommended numerous friends that have bought there as well. ALL, I repeat, every single person we know that has bought from this dealership AND had all subsequent service done at this dealership, has had zero complaints and 100% satisfaction.

Customers that feel lied to or cheated in the service department and subsequently took their cars to "Sears" are obviously confused individuals looking to one-up the dealer from which they spent a lot of money. Such people typically are not overly educated, have the ability to educate themselves about their cars, their money and any ability to ask substantive questions.

Sears does not build cars silly people. Sears struggles to maintain low-cost semi-certified training for their mechanics, thus they have no idea what Honda calls certain parts (see Johnson-Rod). Sears fixing foreign cars is equivalent to withdrawing ALL your money from your bank and giving it to the taco bell drive through staff...sure they deal with cars and money, but not well. Go see if you can find anyone at Sears that has a current Honda certified mechanic certificate.

Dealers might have higher overhead, but they are experts about your cars, current state and federal safety laws, and have a vested interest in your happiness which usually equates to referral. It really is a very simple business model.

Bill Page Honda is a top-notch dealership with an educated and courteous staff.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
I brought my 2002 Honda Civic in for an oil change and saftey inspection. They called and told me that by law they couldn't pass my car for inspection because the compliance bushings were torn. I asked what they were because I have never heard of that before and I really didn't get a good answer. And then he told me it would cost almost $650 to fix. So I decided to take the car to Sears to be fixed because it was much cheaper. When I got the car the Sears mechanics had never heard of a compliance bushing either, but figured out it is another name for control arm. So they evalutated the car and came out and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and to take it somewhere else and it would pass inspection. So I brought it to another inspection station and told them what had happened and they inspected the car and passed it. They told me there was nothing wrong with the car either. So for the second time Bill Page Honda tried to tell me something was wrong with my car that wasn't and tried to charge me a lot of money to fix nothing. I will never again bring my car to Bill Page for anything.

everyone beware... this honda dealership has some of the worst employees who will try to push you to purchase at any cost. Their prices are not competitive and their service is one of the worst. yesterday I was there to buy an accord, the sales manager tried to force his high price, but became very disrespectful and impatient when I did not agree to pay his price.. he started yelling loudly and was very disrespectful. I have purchased many hondas before from other dealers, but never had this type of treatment.

I highly recommend that you look elsewhere. Trust me, they are not worthed. I was warned about them, but gave them the benefit of doubt. I am sorry I did.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
Service Department promised to replace the transmission for $2,500 and gave me a written (e-mail) estimate. One day later, they called me back and told me it would now cost $2,750 to replace the transmission because the manufacturer unexpectedly increased the cost of the transmission. I had the vehicle towed to a reputable independent repairer that charged less and offered the same warranty.

This dealer has a high markup on their vehicles. There is little room to negotiate because they'll use the classic "are you crazy, i'm giving you the best deal." Even if you quote other dealers, they will tell you the other dealers are liars etc... Save your time and energy and negotiate with other Honda dealers. YOU WILL NOT GET A DEAL HERE!!!

Their service is abysmal. I brought my Accord in twice to have them look at a transmission leak. Both times they claimed that it was fixed, however they didn't actually fix it either time. I had to take it to an independent shop who corrected the issue. DO NOT GO HERE.

Horrible buying experience. Never received car. Vin JHMGD38458S035921 Honda Fit was damaged and they were going to fix it before selling it to me. I wanted different car and that set off a laughable series of events that ended with me leaving in a cab home.

Though many people were trying hard to make the sale happen, the support they received was dismal. From the license plates not being in the system correctly, failure to inspect the vehicle prior to sale, another dealership entering “Automatic” in the system when it should have been “Manual”-- the errors in the transaction led to an extremely unhappy customer.

I was thinking during my $11.00 cab ride home from your dealership how blessed I am to be an owner of a company with support staff and systems that compliment the people on the front lines. My company does not run perfect. It has been the times we fell short that we were able to demonstrate to our clients how much we really care.

Bill Page Honda has failed in this instance. I am pleased to here that it is very rare that so many things went wrong on one order. I asked them to throw in some floor mats to show you value my time. I guess it was too much for Bill Page Honda to do. Ironically, floor mats are too expensive, but pulling the rug out from underneath your customers was not.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
When I believed I was overchaged for service and wanted to ask about the bill, before I could ask my questions, the service writer told me to "have your husband call and I will talk to HIM."

Expect this kind of sexism at Bill Page Honda. Perhaps it was because I was a woman that I was told that I would not be charged for rush shipping of an item because the dealer ordered the wrong part but was charged anyway. Perhaps it was because I was a woman that I was given an estimate of $400 for a repair but charged $550 without explanation. Perhaps it was because I was a woman that I wasn't given the chance to see or take back the purportedly repaired items.

Regardless of whether you are a woman or not, don't use this dealership.
