My Review of Bill Page Honda:
Jamie was knowledgeable and did not pressure us. He explained the features of the car in detail. He even got in the trunk to demonstrate features of the car. The finance person went through our portion very briskly, which was the only less than excellent part of the experience. Even the other sales staff were very friendly.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
The internet price for Honda Civic that I got from Bill Page Honda is great compare with other dealers and I would recommend Diana for her excellent service. However,I was pressured into buying extended warranty provided by the 3rd Party. I should have said no at that time and spend more time doing research. After I come back and doing research, I found quite a few complaints against this 3rd Party company. I went back to Bill Page requesting to cancel my extended warranty. John Stapleton has promised to take care of it this coming Monday May 7.

I would recommend Bill Page Honda for their competitive pricing of the Honda Civic but future buyers may want to carry out more research in buying the extended warranty.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
I have taken my 2003 Civic for service to Bill Page on a few occassions and each time the service from those that answer the phones is less than stellar! The service rep that I've dealt with (Danny) has always been very polite and helpful but each time I've called to ask a few questions regarding pricing or to schedule an appointment the women that I've spoken to have been rude and impolite. The last time I went to this dealership for service was because I had a free coupon for an oil change. if the service wasn't going to be free, I would have walked out.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
I would highly recommend Bill Page Honda. I found this dealership to be very professional, courteous, friendly and trustworthy in my recent dealings with them. I was in the market for a pre-certified CRV-EXL and found one of their vehicles on autotrader.com. Alan Soon was refreshingly responsive, answered every one of my questions with great ease and patience and absolutely went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the purchase and actually getting to the dealership (since I traveled from NJ). Alan was even instrumental in facilitating the paperwork and making sure I had everything I needed after I already had the car. Steven Pridgen did a superb job reviewing every inch of the vehicle with me and closing the deal. I even had the opportunity to meet Bill Page Jr., the owner who reassured me that they would be there to help in any way they could...He was very calm and friendly. At no time did I feel pressured, ignored, talked down to or lied to, as was my experience in many other dealerships. They were willing to negotiate a fair price and in the end I believe it was a win-win situation for both myself and Bill Page Honda.
I only wish I was closer because I would certainly consider them as my service dealership.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
My experience with the staff at Bill Page Honda was great! I found Bill Page through Edmunds.com and began my vehicle search through email. The staff was patient with me as we negotiated a price at the end agreed on a price they went the extra mile to find the car color of my choice. They did not change the price on me from what we had agreed on over email. When my car arrived there was an issue. The staff and Bill Page Jr worked with me to make sure that everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I really appreciated the time they took with me, there was no pressure and this turned out to be one of my best buying experiences!

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
We recently bought a 2011 CR-V and overall our experience was very good. There was one issue with our purchase in that the emissions inspection had not been completed. This meant that we could not drive the car home until the next day when the service department could complete the inspection. We were happy to see that Bill Page Honda was able to admit its mistake and then without hesitation put forth the effort to make it up to its customer. We would recommend Bill Page Honda to our friends.

My Review of Bill Page Honda:
Mike Parish and the Bill Page Honda team provided me excellent new car buying service. Know that I researched seven local area Honda dealers before I decided to do business with Bill Page Honda. Know too that one key reason I feel the way I do about Bill Page Honda is my experience with Mike Parish. Mike made me feel comfortable throughout my new car buying process, and he made my car buying very easy and simple. Most noteworthy, in addition to Mike's expert knowledge about the car I purchased, he answered quesitons I had that made me feel comfortable that I was dealing with a very reputable and reliable dealership. In short, I rate my experience with the Bill Page Honda organization beyond a "five" rating, I rate it "5 plus" for two reasons: first, I still feel one week later that I got a good deal on my new car; and second, I still feel that the Bill Page Honda organizatin is first rate car enterprise and look forward to do my car services there. Finally, know that even though I could have purchased the same car at a slightly lesser price, I chose Bill Page Honda because of the way I was treated over the phone. I will definitely recommend Bill Page Honda to all my friends and family.

I was looking for a 2011 CR-V and contacted the internet sales departments at four local Honday dealerships. Mr. Sofyan Bey responded quickly and was extremely easy to work with. He was professional and provided lots of information to my questions. Bill Page Honda was able to match the CarMax offer on my trade-in and even beat the best of the four new car prices I'd collected by $100. I'd definitely recommend Sofyan and the dealership!

I have always taken my car for service at Bill Page Honda. Ever since i first purchased my first honda. Danny Dodge and Tyrone Brown have been very friendly and professional since i first meet them. They always have given me the best customer service and seem very knowledgeable. I formed a great relationship with them and feel very comforable having my car serviced with them. I know my car is in excelent hands! I strongly recomend Bill Page Honda! Best customer service i have had so far!
