This dealer is not only good in sales but they are the best in after sales service. I have my wiper battery burnt out and they changed it in a day (got the part shipped next day air) and gave me a loaner best in after sales service. This dealership sold me a new Acura TL. So far, I've had few problems with the vehicle. The usual minor annoyances which I've had taken care of under warranty. However, I recently had the vehicle in for ser few problems with the vehicle. The usual minor annoyances which I've had taken care of under warranty. However, I recently had the vehicle in for service at another Acura dealership. They asked me if the car had ever been in an accident. I said no. They then showed me evidence that one of the doors had been removed and repainted. They said that the door had probably been dinged at the original dealer's lot and that they just had their body shop repaint it. In any event, I find Bridgewater Acura to be highly unethicial and I would strongly suggest that potential buyers to aviod this dealership! More

I purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer, and dealt with a very nice gentleman who seems to be very different from the rest of the dealers there. I wish I could remember his name but I know he smokes, and he very nice gentleman who seems to be very different from the rest of the dealers there. I believe he's Italian, but that doesn't exactly help in describing a new car dealer sales person. Anyway, the dealership is fair based on my experience, and hasn't given me too many problems. However, the service department is quite different. Friendly courteous behavior has to be genuine, not forced. Their loaner cars are crappy Neons. You want great service, try Sussman Acura in Maple Shade, NJ. More
