My last visit had some unique issues and required involvement from Maserati Warranty Service. Paul worked with them closely to make sure the car was fixed correctly and under warranty. The new service area on the east side of the building is tremendous and certainly makes for a better service experience. Took a while for some parts to come in, but overall, the communication from Paul Frey was excellent, keeping me in the loop, letting me know what the techs had found, giving me an idea on the costs, etc. Overall, I am very happy with my service, and the price was pretty reasonable for a dealer in high-end automoviles (never thought you'd hear that from a Ferrari dealer, did you?). There was sand/dirt on the floorboard, next to the seat and behind the seats. There was also dirt marks on the side of the seat and the door panel. The exterior was clean. More
