As we were traveling west from Quebec, our Ford 350 Diesel needed service. On Sunday afternoon, the system told us we had a Exhaust Fluid System fault. We were in Erie and the truck could only be dr Diesel needed service. On Sunday afternoon, the system told us we had a Exhaust Fluid System fault. We were in Erie and the truck could only be driven 50 miles. Monday morning at 7:00, I drove to Bob Ferrando service where I met Arlen Bird. He told me they were fully booked but nevertheless, he said he would do his best to help. Well, he did! Tuesday morning we were back in the road after a new NOX sensor was installed and a full regeneration done. The service was outstanding and I cannot be thankful enough to Arlen, to the diesel mechanic and to Bob Ferrando dealership. I was so happy to have selected them for this service!!! More

Went to Service,with a recall, that was already repaired. John took charge, made copies of my paperwork and said he would submit it. So far no issues. Awaiting my refund.
