Nathan arranged and made sure that I received a rental vehicle while my car is being serviced. I also had my newborn son with me and he was so helpful at getting the diaper bag and stuff out of my car and into the rental. This guy deserves a raise, he definitely went above and beyond. I had owned my previous vehicle for 14 years and had been dreading the car buying experience, but they were easy to work with and took care of most everything online and over the phone. The atmosphere was very laid back and they didn't push me to purchase an extended warranty package when I told them I typically do my own maintenance. I ended up paying just slightly under book value which I felt was a good price because the car, while a bit older, was in like-new condition. More
