Joe Sabb was extremely patient, and a consummate professional throughout the entire process. I was amazed at his interaction and engaging demeanor, not only with me, but with his past customers as well (in service dept, and returning to buy another car). Due to my last minute schedule change, I left on Friday with a promise to be back on Tuesday to finish everything up - when I arrived on Tuesday, they had the original car ready to go (I changed my mind and went with the Obsidian Blue Accord & not the Hematite Green one) and they were, again, very accommodating. They had me in & out of the dealership in less than 2hrs, and that is with traveling off lot to find the blue one, and prepping it. I've owned more cars than I care to admit, but this is my first Honda & my first experience with Brandon Honda - based on this experience, I can guarantee you that it will not be my last, with either. Joe Sabb & Team Brandon Honda - simply stated, THANK YOU for exceeding my expectations of what a car salesperson & dealer is & should be. You are the very definition of excellence. More

They listened to all of my concerns and needs, they even went so far as to let me borrow the vehicle for 2 days to see if it really fit my family's needs. I've never heard of anyone doing that! I purchased with confidence knowing that it meets all of our needs and our family budget. They also were able to get me a great rate on my loan (even better then military banks!). This is by far the best purchasing experience that I've ever had. Thanks Robin and Dan!! I will be telling my friends for sure! More
