After a short review of my feelings, Eric Vogel explained in detail what my Service Agreement did and did not cover. It actually covered most of what I thought it would. However, since the "Ding and Dent" coverage was not at all what we were told, we were able to delete that coverage. We are now satisfied with our first service visit with Brandon Honda and know what to expect on future visits. More

After the deal, I changed my mind about the car color and he took me to the car stock and waited for me to have enough time to choose color and actually he gave me an excellent advice that I really appreciated. Also I didn't waste my time for ridiculous counter offers as I usually experienced from visits to other dealerships. I have a very good impression on Andre and Brandon Honda. More

I strongly recommend potential buyers to meet HATEM for good advise and to get best deals. Also, the financial service manager MANNY is excellent in explaining the finance and protection plans. Kudos to both these amazing guys as they stayed late mid night to close our deal. Great customer experience and I will definitely refer friends and family in the future. More

Trading in the 2007 infinity m35 with 135k miles on , I had two options. Keep the car and deal with anything unexpected or figure out how I can get ahead of a problem that may occur... Friday night I seen Eddie, a person with always a smile on his face. Before we even got into deep numbers or what I can or can't do. Eddie broke it down and was very honest. It helped the understanding on where I stood. So after the weekend I came to a conclusion to see what I would be coming out with a trade and a new car. Eddie did all the numbers and gave me bottom line where I would be , unfortunately it wasn't a good result. Tony Lara is the Sales manager. Came to me and just asked me what's really my thought on the car I have to getting another car. After we spoke he suggested to lease the car. At first I wasn't comfortable but Tony broke it down and told exactly what leasing would be a great opportunity to resolve my issues. After considering the odds it put me in a better position. I made a few suggestions and instead of agreeing he advised me in the long run it wouldn't help me. After doing the numbers , I left with a vehicle I'm happy with because how Eddie and Tony helped me to make the next few years at ease. Now I have a 2016 civic and all smiles, and left there feeling I was helped instead of hustling to make a sale. More

5th vehicle purcase My wife and I would like to share our buying experience with everyone. We have just purchased our fifth vehicle from this dealership an My wife and I would like to share our buying experience with everyone. We have just purchased our fifth vehicle from this dealership and are still in shock at how easy and pleasant the experience was. The first time we purchased a vehicle from this dealership set the standard. We were in an active bankruptcy at the time. I introduced myself to our sales person Mr. Robin Varghese and we made an immediate connection. Robin was very polite, kind and understanding of our situation. I explained to him what was going on and that I did not wish to waste his time or mine. He stated to me "sir, let me see what I can do, I will not waste your time". Working with him and Mr. Sharaz who was in the finance office at the time they setup up quickly and made a miracle happen! My wife drove out of there in a like new 2010 Honda Fit, she was ecstatic and in shock that she was actually able to get a vehicle. Next was my turn, I wanted a truck for work, I looked at other dealerships and was disappointed and upset. My wife said "go talk to Robin, he will take care of you". So we went and talked to Robin and now it was my turn to be happy, I drove out of there in a 2102 Toyota Tacoma with 50,000 miles, it looked like and drove like brand new! Next it was our grandson's turn to be amazed, we looked at a couple of different dealerships and were ready to "throw in the towel", again my wife says "go talk to Robin" and again he came through for us. He drove out of there in a Kia Forte that he absolutely loves and is great for him, his wife and two boys. By this time our Bankruptcy was discharged and we found out the Honda Fit had been included. There was no question, she said I think I want a different vehicle and I know exactly where I am going. Robin again took care of us and now she is very proud of her 2105 Honda CRV and she brags to all of her friend and family about the outstanding deal and service that she is receiving. And then comes number five purchased yesterday on 10/01/2016. I went there to satisfy my curiosity about the newly redesigned Honda Ridgeline. But while talking to Robin and he asked me what I was trading in, imagine my surprise when he mentions that he has just taken a vehicle in on a trade that I may interested in. That vehicle turned out to be a 2106 Toyota Tacoma SR5, four door V6. One look and I fell in love, did I mention that I was driving a 2012 Tacoma base model? This vehicle was a definite upgrade and though the Ridgeline is very nice looking vehicle, I am a Toyota guy. I had started the search for an upgraded truck by going to Stadium Toyota since I was looking for a Toyota. I also talked to Toyota of Tampa Bay about a used vehicle, no comparison, did not even come close! The sales and finance team at this dealership are above and beyond any we have found and we have lived in the Tampa bay area since I retired from the military in 1997. If anyone asks me about purchasing a vehicle, new or used, there is no hesitation, Brandon Honda and Robin Varghese. And besides who could not like a dealership who has such an adorable dog "Zeus" for a mascot? Seeing as we are dog lovers, we enjoyed meeting him. Michael & Gail Fiedler More
