Professionalism Par Excellence I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of everyone at Bristol Toyota. Steve Axtell, the Sales Representative, was perfect to me. I had purchased a Ca I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of everyone at Bristol Toyota. Steve Axtell, the Sales Representative, was perfect to me. I had purchased a Camry from Steve before and he was perfect then and now in January of 2017. He really took the time to help me and make me feel like I was the most important customer in the world. Also, Liz was so helpful when I had to get my car serviced. She was the kindest person. I also want to thank the owners of the Dealership too, Ed and June. They are the nicest people in the world and I feel like they are family~ I had the pleasure of speaking to Ed and June as I was waiting for my car and June even gave me a tour of their new facility and Ed went to personally check on my car. overall it was good I had a salesperson who was new to Toyota. She was a wonderful person with a great personality but unfortunately she wasn't yet trained enough to make I had a salesperson who was new to Toyota. She was a wonderful person with a great personality but unfortunately she wasn't yet trained enough to make my sales process as seamless as possible. There were hiccups with knowledge of the vehicles they had, the options available, and how to do paperwork. I ended up with the exact car I wanted but it took more work that I expected to get to that point. And along with this I experienced long wait Times in the dealership. With that being said all the other employees at Bristol Toyota were more than willing to help her through the process. Sharon was wonderful with showing me the features of the car and the manager Jonathan was great to work with while negotiating the sale. More
