I was interested in your 2020 Range Rover Velar and trading in my current Range Rover Sport to help offset some of the cost. Then I was switched over to Addison and started over giving the same information. Just to be switched over to Nafeeza to YES start over by sending all vehicle info again. I then called 4 TIMES all their extensions but no voicemail, it just kept ringing. I jumped online to see the reviews and it appears that others have had similar experiences with lack of follow up. I reached out through face book and still no response. As a business owner I can say that I Definitely don't feel l my business is important. They are now closed now with NO follow up. They are close Sunday and Monday is a holiday. I was excited and you definitely took that away from me. I don’t take time to give negative feedback but I am hoping you see this and use this as a teaching tool to do better. In Good Health, William B More

Looked at a mercedes that looked nice and was priced fairly online. .$22,295. I called and told them i wanted to pay cash and asked what the final price would be and was told $28,000. My husband and I have been eyeing the VW Atlas 2024 and we obviously picked the wrong dealership to go to, all the cars were cramped up in the lot so I couldn’t even step back to get a good view of the veh we obviously picked the wrong dealership to go to, all the cars were cramped up in the lot so I couldn’t even step back to get a good view of the vehicle I was interested in, getting inside the car was also a tight squeeze; could barely get the door open. No one showed me the features of the car and I felt a bit rushed because the salesman stood out in the brisk weather and just watched us. The ambient lighting wasn’t working as expected and no one bothered to show me how to fix it or keep it on. I was interested in a test drive and was told the cars on the lot had no plates and there’s a different line on the roof I can try to drive in the parking lot… a test drive in the parking lot on the roof. If this is the customer service they believe Brooklyn deserves, they are totally wrong. Quote for the car seemed fixed and non negotiable. I’m an easy sell, I usually come knowing what I want with money in hand but this was not it. VW Brooklyn and the manager on 11/2/23 had no interest in selling a car that day. More
