This is my 3rd new vehicle that I've bought from Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie. I have never had anything but fabulous service, from sales to maintenance of my vehilces. They are always exceptionally plesant and enjoyable to deal with. They will got out of their way to help you in any way that they can. I always tell my friends "Toyota is the best and you need to visit Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie". "I've never had anything but complete satisfaction from Brown's".

My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Browns. Our sales professional, Donald Henderson (Donnie) was outstanding. He was able to provide exactly what we wanted and did everything in his power to make it happen. Any question we had, he had an accurate answer, and if he did not know he got the answer within a few minutes and contacted me right away. He handled every part of the deals with integrity; every time he said he would contact me, he did so and on time. We have never been so satisfied.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Jorge Arzate is the best salesman we have ever worked with. I've never met a sales person that was so passionate about the product he sells. This is the second car we have purchased from him because of his product knowledge. I think sales people should be given more authority to make deals as it is so degrading to them and a waste of the consumers time to have to constantly wait while they go get management approval on the trade-in value or sales price. It should not take over 2 hours to negotiate a sale and then another 2 hours to do all the paper work. I rated PRICE at a 4 as I still feel we were not given the best price for our trade in. I know you need to make money on resale but it is insulting on what is offered on trade-in. Especially for a repeat customer who also promises to trade in their vehicle every 50,000 miles with you.

Hello my name is Erica Reece, my husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Corolla SE. I must say this was by far the best car shopping experience that I've ever had. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. My sales associate Alan Adams was the most polite,well tempered,patient,nicest all around pleasant guy there is. I've had my fair share of experiences with car salesman and by far Alan knew what had to be done to make myself and my husband happy. He had our best interest at heart and that we appreciated. I'm very glad to say that we would advise anyone to buy a car from Brown's Toyota in Maryland and see Alan Adams.Here's why I rated you guys #1 in my book by far.

We went to Browns looking for a used scion. But we found the perfect new car at browns and were treated very well with our salesperson, Ryan Mikelonis. Don't even bother going to another dealer cause thats what we did and the only thing the other dealer was the "bait and switch" game to get us into their showroom. We left and ended up at Browns. I would very likely go back to Browns and buy from them in a heartbeat. Trust me, DO NOT GO TO RUSSELL TOYOTA/SCION. THEY PLAY LOTS OF GAMES.........Good prices too.

Everyone at this dealship was very friendly & supportive. Sean appeared to be a rather inexperienced salesperson with a willingness to learn as well as to please the customer. After a misunderstanding about the side body molding, John Stefero rectified the situation in a very amicable manner. I also received the necessary support and attention from Ed Pearson & John Stefero when I was notified that the car I traded in was on an impound lot in PG County. M. Lombardo

Alan Adams was great to work with. I felt very comfortable working with him as a salesman. I found him to be honest and he answered all of my questions even when I called for more information after the purchase of my Toyota. If he couldn't answer a question right away, he would get back to me within 24 hours with an answer, even on his days off. He was not at all "pushy". When I researched for the vehicle I wanted, I gave him the information and he found the vehicle I wanted within days. Upon buying a vehicle from Alan, he goes over the car with you, and explains new features, showing you how they work and helps to set up new and unfamiliar technological systems (such as bluetooth capabilities). I have recommended him to others who are looking to buy a vehicle, as he is patient and understanding of the needs and desires of his customers. He is the best car salesman that I have ever worked with!

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry Hybrid at Brown's Toyota in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Alan Adams was the sales person that dealt with me. I found him to be 'outstanding' as a salesman and a as fine person. He took a great deal of time to explain the merits of the car (Toyota Camry ELS Hybrid) and how each component functioned. The entire sales experience was pleasant. I have driven the car for 5 days
and it handles well in all respects. Alan Adams has had extensive experience at Browns in Glen Burnie and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the car he was demonstrating for me. I highly recommend him and this dealership.

Donald (Donnie) Henderson is a new car salesman at Brown's Toyota. Donnie did a GREAT job, of informing us about the Prius which we bought from him. His knowledge of the car, accessories, financing, and the features of the Prius.
