This was my first experience buying a car. In the past, my parents did all of the talking and decision making. I had a wonderful experience at Byers. While I waited for my salesperson, I was allowed to go browse. My salesperson was able to show me the cars that I had come to see. I was able to ask questions and was given honest answers. The sales team worked to get me a monthly payment in my range. I was able to test drive two vehicles in one day, without much of a hassle at all. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. I felt very comfortable at Byers. I was comfortable with my salesperson and finance team, so much so that I purchased my first car! I wanted to knock $500 off the sticker price of my used car, but after we ran the numbers with the banks, I was able to get my monthly payment down with a better interest rate. If I could change one thing, I would have been able to reduce my price by $500. However, overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this dealership! More

The price we paid for Toyota Camry was one the best around. The facility where Byers Toyota is located is very clean and welcoming. We drove 2 hours to look at the car and didn't mind doing so because we were very impressed with the information available on the website and with the conversation we had on the phone with our salesperson Rich Gherman. Once we made our decision it was well past closing time but everyone who needed to stay did and they never made us feel like we had to rush to get it done.
